I just realised I hadn't submitted to my blog yet that I have some months ago written an extensive philosophical essay on the relation between body and mind, in other words, on the ever so famous "body-mind" problem: what is the relation between mind and body and how can it be determined? In my article, in which I try to reason from a Buddhist perspective as well, I argue for the insoluble nature of this problem. The essay was written for a university course (Filosofie van de Cognitiewetenschappen). You can find it in the publications part of my philosophy section.

I made a new artistic photo, showing a creative interpretation of the Buddhist concept of Anatta/Anatman, which translates as Selflessness or Soullessness.

My entire homepage again got updated! There's a complete new layout, revised content, and the site now runs on the latest version of CosMoS. Most notable is that there is now an official blog.
Mijn gehele homepage is weer vernieuwd! Er is nu een nieuwe layout, herziene tekst en de site draait nu op de laatste versie van CosMoS. Een opvallende verandering is dat er nu ook een officiele blog is.
